Thanks Clueless for your help. I worked on the truck today and I am almost there using the 251 water pump. I am able to push out thew radiator a little more BUT to do so will require the use of grille extensions as now the grille is not flush with the radiator shell since the tips of the fan blades just touches the bottom radiator tank and the outflow is on the right but the 251 water pump intake is on the left and the therefore I will have to have the metal connection on the radiator bottom tank moved to the left side. I may be able to just clear that part with the fan blade if i push the radiator slightly more forward hence the need for extensions for the grille (as in the later PWs). If it comes to moving the grille out a little, does any one have spare grille extensions Also I need a 251 crankshaft pulley to match with the water pump.
