you have to eat for the cold ,i am serious ,a coffee and a donut you will freeze quick.corn and barley hot breakfast cereal plenty of carbs toast lots of it,butter for fats.and snack up often when we go hunting for the day the lite eats just dont make.you burn cals in the very cold junoir copey
