The WDX style battery tray will fit a BCI Group Size 24 perfectly. You may have to remove the "L" shaped bracket, if your tray one. The group 24 battery will use the whole tray.
I am running a Caterpillar #3T-5857. The Caterpillar batteries are made by Deka, and feature plates that not left to hang freely, but are epoxied in place on the bottom to reduce the effects of high vibration.
The 3T-5857 is rated with CCA: 650, Reserve Cap: 120, and AMP HR CAPACITY @ 20 HRS: 55. The battery was a bit more expensive than others, but I was willing to pay more for more.
