To add to the job I had flanges made up from 3/8" steel at a water jet cutting place. They were pretty cheap when I had 10 made up. The flange centre hole is then trued to size to match the rotor machined surface diameter, push them on to the right distance from the wheel mounting face, weld , machine the flange true and to spec, mount your disc brake rotors and away you go. I also had mounts made up from flat steel for my trucks rear axle as the front axle uses the caliper mount with an offset to clear the knuckle. The rear axle does not need this offset and can be made flat using a 3/8" thick filler/ shim to put the flange in the right spot for the caliper to mount.
