That is a bit of a loaded question because you are asking for a dimension to the outside of the tires. Depending on tire size, brand, sidewall type, bias v/s radial, all these factors can change the width as you asked for it. Which is why conventionally axle width is expressed in width from wheel mount surface to wheel mount surface (WMS). Then you can figure out how much further your particular tire and wheel combo will stick out past the WMS.
