if your rubber parts have been made within the last 20 years you will be fine. the 10% has been around a long time. it actually makes water burnable because it gets broken down in the ethanol. in the old days people woud run a product called HEET in the fuel tank because the water would never mix with straight gasoline causing frozen fuel lines etc, and the HEET is just alcohol/ethanol which allows the water to be broken down and burned with the fuel. In WA we have had it at least 20 years and I have never had any problems with corrosion or anything else.
