I should get this little gear box out again and refresh my memory on how it works. I believe the shaft with the sprocket drives the other two shafts. And I believe the little lever on the side shifts from a higher range to a lower range on the two output shafts. If I could mount that guy in the system, I could effectively have 2 speeds both ways for the winch. That would be cool.
