Yes, could well be the same one. Was yours a wrecker, welder, or telephone truck at one point? My telephone (W300) truck has a chain drive to the double winch and spool winder in the bed. My residue M35 Reo telephone truck, of which little is left except the rear winch, has a similar deal.

Grainger has lots of sprockets. I did a quick search for 1" bore dia and 4" OD and found this one. I'm sure you could get one cheaper from just about anyone else. Check your bearing houses as well as places that advertise under "belts and drives". You can get them in all different bore diameters, numbers of teeth, and chain sizes. If you're going shopping, make sure you know what size chain you're using. There are quite a few that are close but not the same. Best would be to take the sprocket off your winch with you when shop, if you can get it off. You'll probably need to buy some new chain while you're at it.
