no and M37 beds suck because they ae not 48 inches between wheel wells so no plywood or sheet rock can be hauled easily. you could widen the M37 bed and figure out how to mount it but not a bolt on deal. the stock WC52 bed is over 48 inches wide inside so ready to haul as is.
