I was looking through the photo ads and saw a Davey PTO setup. I was hoping that someone might enlighten me as to how they actually work. It looks like they are mounted in the driveline and drive a multi-belt system to power whatever is on the other end. Do they have some sort of clutch inside them or do they turn all the time? Does this mean that the pto only works when the vehicle is moving?
