that truck was in geyserville when sitting next to one of the ones I bought and I was interested in it but when I asked about it it was already sold
that pic too was from the rear as yours being towed by the wrecker is
I found the cab to be quited interesting as it is not original, but appears to be as mine a factory recab after the war for civilian work.
Mine appears to be something out of the 20's or 30's as it is a wood frame cab with sheetmetal screwed on to it, but definitely a factroy job as the wood frame is milled with certain curves etc. in it
yours is a diff. cab altogether than mine but my guess is when they sent them back to the factory(not sure which factory) the just grabbed whatever cab they had hanging around from yesteryear and grafted it to the wc cowl.
In other words you may have a very interesting piece of history there
if i had the money i would be interested in yours but i already bought three
yours may or may not have been in the same yard in geyserville where i bought mine but it sure looks like the same one
