Tom, get a photo hosting site like 'flickr' it's free. Upload your photos, Choose photo, Choose photo enlarge icon, click. choose size. right click on the the photo and choose 'Copy Image Address' and paste that url into 'Optional Image Link' below on Joe's site, then click 'Post Image'. Not rocket science!
