It is interesting that one looks to be very untouched in the linkage and cable department! I would love to have a larger and higher resolution shot of that same image. Do you know who owns it?
I notice it's had it's filter housing removed.
A wix replacement has been procured that I am sure can have it's paper element sectioned into my original's end caps (that would leave me still having to source the sealing lipped type grommets and easy other two seals) although finding one with the same critical physical constraints/seals, except maybe shorter so to use it would require a spacer, would be nice.
This one is getting a cat spin on and water separator and I am told the injection pump will suck through it just fine. If not, I suppose it will have to get an electric suction pump after it and before the final filter.
Here's to hoping once it's fired back up with a clean tank and fresh fuel that is very well filtered, it will suck birds out of the sky and ripple miles of asphalt. Or at least run much better anyhow.
