as far as gov. goes theirs mex.s is a joke, you basically have no rights in mex. and they do not print their own doe and have all kinds of orwellian new world united nations type regulation
the beauty of it is it is so corrupt that you can fly under the radar to some degree
I first went to Mex. in about 67 on surfing trips from tex.
most memorable exp. was showing up a punta de mita late afternoon and paddling out what looked like fun waves as soon as we got out and sat around waiting for set we several sets of fins heading out way and we hitailed it to the beach
we were camping but it was dry season so we just thru our bags out in the sand and hit the hey
well about sun up i was sleeping on my back and felt a pain in my side and opened my eyes and tried to get up but a federale had his rifle barrel about and inch from my forehead which stopped from getting up any further, that's when i realized that the pain in my side was his boot when he had kicked me
there was about six of them they pulled the same stunt on all four of us and preceded to round us up like criminals
and then they started searching conrad's comet and came up with a bag of weed and put in on the hood as evidence
was not our bag of weed(it was stashed in the woods(lolol)
all of a sudden they left bag of weed still on the hood
turns out they one of found conrad's wallet with $800 which was all they were after in the first place
