Twist the end, fold it back on itself into a "J" and tape it. If it's good enough to seal radioactive material it's should be good enough for a transmission.
Putting some chemical drying agent in the bag probably wouldn't hurt either. Absorb any remaining moisture in the air inside the bag like those little silicon packs in some new products.
