Problem is most no helmet accidents end up as traumatic brain injury and the life long expense of caring for the idiot who's dumb enough to not wear a helmet. No problem if he's buying his own long term disability and medical insurance but when the gov starts paying all the bills then they will simply out law motorcycles. And bicycles
