Problem people are not isolated and set out free to roam. Our country has allowed a sort of "we are all equal" to happen. No punishment, convicts are set free. Parents are allowing kids to spent hours playing shoot em up games without any thought of consequences. Guns aren't the problem. I'm sure those around this person suspected a issue and just didn't deal with it effectivly. So sad but I don't see a change soon enough. Best to start at home and reign in those around you if need be.
