Duvall is a good place. It is a good cross between rural and small town but close to everything. Expect some of the roads in the valley to be impassable due to high water after some very heavy rain. But that is mostly farm land. Most housing is on the high ground above the valley. I considered buying the hardware store out there years ago.
You should have stopped by. I am home all the time right now. I have a contractor putting in a new floor downstairs and I can't do of my projects as I have no room to work so I have been a little bored this week and stuck at home.
