Hi Mike, get some high grade steel, heat & shape it, reinforce & machine it to bolt up.
I mean I hear guys talking about how big of a no-no it is to weld, heat or alter steering parts but we're talking about a WDX here. I might be a bit more hesitant on a Ferrari :)
I figure if we can weld together the USS George H.W Bush & trust she won't sink then a steering arm off a tractor shouldn't be the end of the world :)
I mean if you made a rough pattern you could have it cast in steel & then machine it to work but that's gonna probably be more screwing around than it's worth.
