Or at least I always think it's gonna be hard, but afterwards it turns out to have been a piece of cake. Maybe next time I will intentionally try to put it on fubar and see if it is even possible.
Basically you have to dangle all the forks into their grooves and set the top down. IIRC it takes a bit of side to side wrangling too. It's kind of like putting a fork full of spaghetti into the holes in a grater.
