How about the water pump? In my experience only the larger trucks got double pulleys on engines without any accessories. Sometimes a truck with PS got two belts of different sizes and the alternator still only had room for one belt.

If you have a standard W200 without engine accessories or double pulleys on the crank/water pump, I think your single belt pulley on the alternator is correct.
