Complete 1948 B-1-PW-126 rolling chassis, with working 6-cyl 230 Flathead engine and transmission.
I’m selling everything, except the cab, fenders, and front bumper. The bed is in excellent condition, and I do have a tail gate that will need hinges. It original carried a water tank. I’m selling all of it together, and do not want to part it out. The frame is straight and rust free.
This truck spent it's life as a fire truck on the eastern dry side of Washington state, and didn’t get worked as hard as most PW's. There was no winch with the truck. It had been in dry storage for several years before I bought it, and I was able to start and drive it with no problems with a fresh battery. Drove it around the lot, and onto my trailer with no problems. Fired it up and drove it off once here in Boise. Started it once more a few days later to move it around a building. Everything is original with the 230 flathead engine.
$3,900 for Chassis and bed.
I will separate the bed from the chassis if need be.
Rolling Chassis will be $2,200, and the Bed $2,000.
