what i find interesting is all the interest in these ole flatheads becuz of their unique simple design
given the bottoms are tuff the sky is the limit ederton makes heads etc.,
I don't want high rpms etc., gears are too low
all i want is economy
some guy had a 254 in some ole jalopy(very heavy car, probably weighs the same as a flat fender) and got 23 mph
with a little boost injection the cam grind head and block work the sky may be the limit
the 265 is a monster
imagine with lighter stronger pistons and some boost
