Stuck Clutch Disc

Hadn't driven my 68 crewcab in awhile. The clutch will not disengage. I had a friend push in the clutch and the slave cylinder looks to be pushing as it should. I guess the clutch disc is stuck to the flywheel. Any quick fix?
