That's my thinking too. I was kindly given a totally manual homemade plow last summer that I plan to mount on my beater M37 at some point just to plow my parking lots in town. It's as primitive as can be but the price was right. This Dept of Lands one looks like about the same as a starting point, except somebody's going to pay real money for it.
