You need to get another PowerWagon and mount the washer to the front bumper of the truck. Run a right angle gearbox and rig up the winch driveshaft to run the washer. The rubber tires should take out the excess vibration.
WaLa! Good to go, AND another reason to get yet another PowerWagon!
