they often have a brand of rotor & type of pad that they install to keep customers happy long time customers. they know crap and avoid it. we use a commercial brake shop for both our class 8 tractors and trailers. we send them our suvs and never have issues with brakes. it seems as though you get a better job at a commercial shop vs a local repair shop for cars....
