I figure to drill and file the holes/slots, then made a simple punch/die with teo bolts. Tightening the bolts ought to pull the dimple in, so the door liner panel fits flush.
The window regulators are different, but I don't know how critical they are. But I've got a set from a junker door or two.
My point is that the '41 1/2t WC door is in better shape so far as rust and fatigue at the hinges.
I'll trade it, with guts and good window frame, even over if you drive. But the world would never know if my plan to pull in the dimples would work.
