IIRC, the 230 needs 7/8 ID tubes, with primaries six feet long. Those would maximize at 3200 rpms.

I used the smallest mandrel bends I could find, 1 3/8". I think the exhaust only has two butt joints, custom bends would not be worth it.

One problem I perceived is that headers are made to fit with stock intakes, and aftermarket intakes are made to fit with stock exhausts. So I custom made both as functional as possible. Without regard to fitting any iron parts.

I can make more. I saved my jigs, and have a spare motor/bell on a pallet. And bought a tig welder. And I guarantee my welds- to look like pigeons did them. ;^) Stainless is an option. Glass bead blasted?
