Funny thing is, I too get upset about that commercial, but for the reason that anyone towing any trailer should have enough common sense to avoid the mud hole altogether! I tow horses with a 98 Chevy one ton 4WD, and it amazes me that he would drive his rig through that spot and expect to make it. Anything that makes the guy look more like a cowboy, I guess.
On the drug side of it, I wonder how many ER rooms actually see patients for "lasting longer than four hours".
