According to your data sheet, the engine runs at 200 degrees? I can't imagine the 251 running at that temp as a normal temp nor can I believe it would run at 190 as normal temp based on the opening of the thermo. You have a large cooling capacity, 23 quarts and if the radiator is the same style, type used on all PW's, then
I question the need for a pressurized system. The 251 engine cylinder walls are fairly thick.
