Ever notice when core plugs are removed, that the water jacket side of the cylinder walls have pock mark? The look like cavitation divots on boat propellors. Rounded cavities of missing metal, right where the piston pauses and gives off heat at the bottom other power stroke.
My mind is made up, I run pressure caps.
