Sorry, nope. I think you have to go up to the CUCV to find a military vehicle that has a real 12 volt circuit and a real 24 volt circuit in the same system. It's also a real kludge, built around the once-appealing idea of using a commercial truck (Chevy Blazer) as replacement for the M37. But check the marine and aircraft supply places for 24 to 12 volt converters and you might be surprised at what you find at a very reasonable price. Get the lowest-power unit that will do the job. The old ceramic block with wire coils in it isn't going to work for this, though, because the load varies all over the place depending on how loud you turn up the stereo.
