Sure, as several have suggested, a little dab in the corners where the gaskets meet. This would be the most likely area to leak.
I just used a thin layer of regular silicone sealant on the bottom side of the gaskets. I don't think there's a need for extreme measures and I figured the chances were good I'd be taking the pan off again someday.
