Oil Pan Tips, Tricks?

Getting ready to reinstall my oil pan. I've read the tips on VPW, but wanted your input before I try this.

Are there any pitfalls, tips or tricks to this?

What do you use to keep the gaskets in place while positioning it to put the bolts back in?

Do you use any sealer/RTV?

I took some pics with the pan off. I sprayed mineral spirits to help clean off the gasket surfaces.
