The 17 would eliminate the possibility of the firing pin striking the side of the chamber for sure.The barrel in the Henry is pressed into the receiver which is an aluminum alloy just using a taper like a drill bit has.
After dealing with them I am ready to buy Marlin or Winchester.
Looks like I won't see my refund for some time if ever.
