Clark,
The oil filler and dipstick tubes are pressed in. If your filler is wobbling you shouldnt have any problem pulling it out. You will not need to drain any oil to do it. The diopstick tubes are usually harder to remove. The easiest way is to drive it out from below when the pan is off. You may get lucky and be able to twist and wiggle it out though.
I have oil filler tubes that do not have the optional brazing feature if you are interested!
