Here in northern WV, no power, no phone, all roads closed. i.e. impassable.
The power lines (at least the ones that are still intact) are sheathed in about 6" of ice/snow. Was plowing the hard road below us this afternoon, and one stretch of lines was drooping to within 3 feet of the ground.
