Paul, when you check the toe, you want it to be toed in 1/32 to 1/16 for bias ply or 0 to 1/32 for radials. Also, if you have a way to scribe the tires, jack up up each one and spin them a few rotations while scribing at the center of the tread, hopefully your tires aren't too aggressive, this will give u an even centerline for front to rear. Before you set the tire down, fold up a plastic garbage bag and set it under the tire. This will let the tire turn freely if you have to adjust it without rolling truck back and forth. If you use a toe in bar start at the rear then measure front, obviously if you use a tape it wont matter. Oh, also, measure at hub height (don't remember if someone else said that or not). Also, yes, you can get diff thickness wedges to set caster. Thats only if it doesnt follow the road very well. sorry this is so long, hope it helps, Roy
