Were you going to use the UglyTruckling kits or build your own? Ray was only going to be around for a certain time before he dissapeared again if you wanted to use his kits.

So even if you can't go all in now if it's part of the plan get the kits while you can.

Long term, disks will be easier & cheaper to maintain since the major parts are still readily available over just about any parts counter.

The up-front cost is large though.
- $430/axle for the kit.
- $120/set + S&H for the hub conversion
- about $200/axle for rotors, pads, calipers, & misc. depending on how fancy you go.
- Plus whatever you decide to do about your master cylinder setup.
