I did the Ugly Truckling conversion up front- worked quite well. About 70% of your stopping effort is done up front, so this offers the best value for your buck. You'll need a Residual Pressure valve in the line to the rear drums, or your front discs will be applied all the time. Best get it done before Helitool shuts up shop. Total cost if you do the work will likely be in the $7-800 range.
