Paul, there was a post in the last forum from Sherman in Idaho, about alignment, not sure if you saw it.

"If it's really bad, you can make it a lot better just with a measuring tape. I don't know W200s in particular but in general, caster and camber aren't adjustable, so you just set toe-in to somewhere between 0 and 1/8" by measuring between the bulge of the tires at hub height front and back. If alignment is really bad, though, it's usually because something is bent, slipped, or worn out, so that's what needs fixing first. Have someone work the steering wheel back and forth lightly while you get underneath and look for any slop in the mechanism. Badly worn tires will make it pull even if the alignment is set right, so make sure you have good tires.

I would not attempt anything other than replacing bad parts and setting the toe-in myself. Anything beyond that, and it's worth paying the $50 or so to have a shop do it with the correct jigs. They should be able to look up the specs as well.
