That is where the holes were on my truck. I had two nice ones, that I had repaired by ummm grinding off the crimp to disassemble, then threading for a nut. They worked fine.
That said, I did break my driver's side base. It was sagging a bit, and I tried to unbend it. That shaft is tough steel, broke the mounting ears instead. Now I need base only, if anybody has one with no visor. Left side,when two holes are outward and shaft pivot vertical. .
