i actually knew that but got confused--senility
still may create some funny noise not being able to draw in the area where the tank is as opposed to the fin area
the radiator in there just has a makeshift hole where the filler spout is supposed to be and no cap and the upper hose inlet is in the middle of the tank and the fan if it were there would hit it, so they have a lower electric fan installed
being that it is a mopar radiator and looks to be in decent shape and only slighty smaller that the stock radiator i am going to see if I can get a radiator shop to move the inlet over to the side and put in a proper filler hole and cap, can t really figure out what the previous owner was up to as the existing filler hole, which looks to be a garden hose fitting is epoxied in where it appears there was once a filler hole with a cap------strange
what i do like is the radiator is mounted on the back of the grill which gives me plenty of room for the stock fan to work with the long block 237
