Town Wagon Questions... Help!

Hello:

Regarding rust and brakes etc. Are rusted floor boards and rusted out body mounts a big project to repair on a 4x4 town wagon? Can the wagon still be driven safely until the rust is repaired? Are all the floors in the townies made of wood? Plus, how difficult is it to find brake part etc for these wagons? One last question, Are all town wagons 12 volt systems?

As you can tell, I'm a novice at a lot of this, but I have always has a passion for the Dodge Power Wagons and Town Wagons.

Any answers are appreciated.
