clutch rod

I have a 69 W200 with a 383 4 speed...my adj. rod for the clutch had snapped in half and I need to find a a new one if anyone can help me out....also I trying to find front axle shafts for it too...I guess its a dana 30 in the front but im not sure if anyone can help me out on this on...and if you know the bearing #'s for the steering hubs I would be big time grateful
