PTO for WM300

I am in need of a PTO for a 66 WM300. I have not had much luck finding one. So I am looking for other options. Will the PTO off of the later model M37 with the syncronized transmission work? I realize that most of the military units were front output only and that is okay. I know where there is a truck with an LU-4 winch. It has M37 running gear and an chevy pick-up body. How can I tell if this truck has the correct pto for my application? How much is the Lu-4 winch alone worth since I may have to by it to get the PTO? Any other pointers would be nice.
