The Carryall is basically a heavy duty station wagon (from the days when stations wagons were based on trucks chassis, not car chassis). In this case, you are looking for a 1941 WC 1/2 ton, or a 1942 to 1944 WC 3/4 ton Carryall.

Here is a site that shows pics of the different 1/2 ton and 3/4 ton Dodge trucks. Take a look in both the 1/2 ton and 3/4 ton sections.

The 1/2 tonner has a 217 or 230 engine and 4.89 gears with brake drums that have to have the hubs removed to service them. Tires are 7.50x16, though you can retrofit 9.00x16 tires on "combat rims" from a 3/4 ton WC or the Budd rims from an M37.

The 3/4 tonner has a 230 engine and 5.83 gears. The brake drums can be removed w/o taking the hub apart. Tires are 9.00x16.

Both have a single speed transfer case.

If it works, the picture is of a 3/4 ton Carryall. You still need to go to the site below to see the 1/2 tonner. The bodies are basically the same, with minor differences, but the nose, rear fenders, wheelbase and chassis are quite different. The 3/4 tonner is a much more capable rig, though it will not go over 45 mph in stock trim. The 1/2 tonner will do 55 mph easily with larger tires, at the expense of off road capability. The 1/2 is also taller and a bit less stable.
