The after-type spur gear used a two gear, case#12525. Your NP420 was the next generation tranny and used a later model but I don't have a number. The PTO from an M37's NP420 will probably interchange. Both PTO's would have been made by Detroit Harvester. Possibly any other of the Dodge trucks of that era using an NP420 with a PTO will work on yours. The key will be the large cluster gear in the tranny will need to be the same number of teeth as yours.
