A buddy of mine bought a 1966 W300 about a year ago. On both vent windows is a decal that appears to be a Dodge "factory" (?) logo:

"Beast" is in large black slanted letters, and is emblazened across a red and white bullseye while "the", "from", and "Dodge" are in small white letters within the bullseye. Anybody else seen this decal? Was this a dealer thing, or a corporate promo? Specific to W300, or the entire W series? Just in '66, or ?
